I would one day build a house; it will have these windows,
Large window pans, from where I could see the sky,
The clouds moving with the wind,
It will have a glass ceiling, from where I could see the sun rays,
Falling, into the floor, into my face, and a bit of life,
It will have a door to climb up the roof, and sit there, see the stars, and one night it would rain,
I will have a window pan with a netted door,
With an open porch and a lot of dry wood, we would make a bonfire,
Roast some peanuts, a few almonds, and some jaggery,

On days, it would be a day filled with wind,
We would have our kids; dressed up, prepared well,
And will go out, have a walk, with leaves falling out of place,
And we find ourselves in the wild outside,
On days it would snow, we would draw out our favorite hot chocolate,
And have these wide open, glass doors, opening them, we would sit on the floor,
With kids sipping their hot chocolate, and I will hold your hand,
And I know your eyes will have the same care, never too many words required to be shared,
As usual, your face will betray your love, and on days, we would all have a lot to do,
Me, you, the kids, the doggo, and our robots,
Will take a pause and breath, and have a walk around the mountains,
Maybe climb up, sit there, and have our usual tea,
On days, It would be calm, dark, winter days, with too many worries fading in and out,
We would sit there in the garden, picking up the mint leaves,
Ensuring we help each other through all the tears shed,

And also, I know you know, but kids will have my crazy; of course, always,
They would take walks in the snow, will dance in the rain, smiles at the trees,
And laugh for no reason, and believe in good, in goodness, kindness,
And loving the world with all they have, and you would look at us all,
And smile, and this time, keep the kiddo in you alive,
Play with us, laugh, show up with the worries, staying your usual strong self,
But keep alive, smile, and love us all and your life!
And we would be happy, one day, I would have this home, a place to be,
Sometimes sleeping on the grass or just lay there on the floor,

One day we will have this home, one we would have built this home,
Yes, we would have businesses to run, we would have whole campaigns,
Too many differences to understand, navigate through,
But we would have each other; we would have respect, love, and
Always patient, always the truth in our eyes, we would have love; we would have happiness,
And stay amazing ourselves, taking each other through life,
Exponentially growing each day into a better, stronger,
Busier, but also kind and lovely individuals!
