It is random, how the world interconnects, interacts, and is threaded among various pieces. A sense of belonging; you see the gloomy colored walls, or the reminiscence of cold walks in winters. The familiar cold, harsh air, the good old company of some knowns, places ago; ages ago too. The books, the pages still fresh, welcoming presence, immersing too. The skies, the birds chirping, and the spider’s noise at night, reminding of the deepening dark. The warm presence, shared tea and stories.

Stories, how everything went by, maybe some sadness. Long conversations, delayed assignments, coffee, and anecdotes exchanged.

A known protective presence, a lot of care, and a few words traded. Hugs, warmth, assurances, and maybe a connecting detail. Sometimes too many worries, guilt, tears, and just staying there. Sometimes smiling along, kiddo things, check this, and check that out, sit there, slowly settling into new friendships. Shared meals, sorrows, smiles, and a lot of care.

For what matters, not a whole lot of time left. A lot more activities, places to be visited, and sometimes, just a calm breath. A few leaves, a bit of wind, ohh okay too cold nowadays. A bit more warmth, close the windows, please. A lot of missing pieces somewhere a few of the identities are left behind. A lot of things, an existence, a lovely, caring ecosystem of people left behind. A new set of friendships, a new set of challenges, someone starting from scratch, something still relevant, or maybe most of the time, spent looking for bonds, connections across a few of the experiences, a few of the instances into this new undefined world. Trying to find a way to localize, find a direction, find a way to belong, maybe in the loneliness of brazen streets at night, well lit but seemingly gazing into the eyes. Or maybe on the warm sunny rock benches, too harsh on the surface but pretty and comfortable to stay there and finish that lunch. Maybe in the dew drops, heated sunshine, and just laying there for a while. The party with people or the calm tea place by the side, infinite ways to belong. To find an intersection; a way to define and identify the life around a new place.

The core of you is still the same, but new experiences, new lived ways, derived, inspired and explored to create a new perspective, a projection of you into this wholly new place. Seemingly new, but with a few similarities and a stronger bond, with values, lived with once, an easier approach to stay, live, and feel at home.
